Payment Schedule

AREI offers two payment options for our Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Appraiser pre-licensing programs. Students may pay the total tuition at the time of enrollment. Alternatively, students may begin either program with an initial payment of $525. This payment option then requires a second payment of $525 three weeks subsequent to the date of enrollment. To secure this payment option, AREI requires the student to submit a valid credit card which would be debited on the agreed upon dates.
